Directions from the A69.
At the Styford roundabout on the A69 turn south onto the A68.
Travel just over a mile and at the next roundabout take the 3rd exit, heading right onto A695 and following the signs towards Riding Mill.
Follow this straight road for 750 metres when you will see a bus stop on the left and then one immediately opposite.
Take the next right turn. It is signposted as a dead end.
Yew Tree Cottage is a further 80 metres on the left hand side. It is situated immediately opposite the Methodist Church. There is a sign on the left of the front door "Yew Tree Cottage".
